The IODE Programme Component/OceanTeacher Global Academy (OTGA) is looking for a consultant to do the performance assessment of the OTGA training centres, trainers and courses.

The consultant will be responsible, during the 3-month contract period for the following activities:

Develop a qualitative-quantitative framework to assess the performance of OTGA training centres and trainers to enable real-time result assessment to improve the activities and strategic planning.

Use quantitative indicators reflecting (i) the capacity to develop and deliver training, (ii) the impact of training activities, and (iii) mobilization of experts and staff to deliver training courses to measure the
performance of the OTGA training centres and trainers.

Assess OTGA training centres and trainers according to Professional Values, Core Knowledge, and Areas of Activity on a qualitative basis, including competencies in relevant subject areas.
Build a panel of key performance indicators (KPIs), based on the available management procedures, reporting system, and expected outcomes.

Identify tools and mechanisms for performance improvement and strategic planning.
Connect with the different training providers and discuss the results with the OTGA team.
