Dear All,
At the former  IOC assembly, I was appointed by the member states of the Group V to participate in GOOS steering  Committee on their behalf.  I take this opportunity to express once again my gratitude to the member states representatives at IOC assembly.
I wish through this questionnaire to update the concerns of our country to bring them within the steering committee. This is why I will appreciate that each colleague take thirty minutes to answer to questions and return them to me as soon as possible.

Lors de la dernière assemblée de la COI, j’ai été désigné par les Etats membres du Groupe V pour participer au comité scientifique en leur nom.  Je profite de cette occasion pour leur exprimer, une fois encore, ma gratitude.
Je souhaiterais par le biais de ce questionnaire actualiser les préoccupations de nos pays pour les porter au sein du comité scientifique. C’est pourquoi j’apprécierai hautement que chaquecollègues prenne une demie heure pour répondre aux questions et me les retourner le plus tôt possible.
