[Experts] Questionnaire

dear coleagues,Dear All,
At the former  IOC assembly, I wasappointed by the member states of the Group V to participate in GOOS steering  Committee on their behalf.  I take this opportunity to express once againmy gratitude to the member states representatives at IOC assembly.I wish through this questionnaire to updatethe concerns of our country to bring them within the steering committee. Thisis why I will appreciate that each colleague take thirty minutes to answer to questionsand return them to me as soon as possible.
