IOCAFRICA is working to update their database for marine experts and institutions and linking it to similar global platforms. The end goal is to make the database more inclusive and interoperable. OceanExpert is a directory of marine and freshwater professionals. It allows you to manage your professional profile online. Your profile could help other marine and freshwater professionals to find you or you could find people with similar professional interests as you.
