There will, as most of us are aware, be an IIOE-2 science symposium embedded within the conference.

Joint Session - IAPSO Led
Dear Convenors,
This is just a short reminder that the deadline for abstract submission is slowly approaching. The final deadline for abstract submission is now Sunday 12th March. If you have not already done so – please ensure that within your own scientific communities the IAPSO-IAMAS-IAGA 2017 Joint Assembly is widely advertised and key note speakers are identified.
A drop down link with instructions for convenors i.e. length of talks, guidelines for posters and orals, procedures to be followed following the abstract deadline etc.. will be posted onto the home webpage by mid January.
Please let me know if you have any queries concerning your session and in the meantime I look forward to seeing you in Cape Town in August!
