appointed by the member states of the Group V to participate in GOOS steering <span id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1459807594592_20135" style=""> </span>Committee on their behalf. <span id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1459807594592_20136" style=""> </span>I take this opportunity to express once again
my gratitude</span> to the member states representatives at IOC assembly.</div>
